Your voice may not be enough. With Antoniette Roze
Your voice isn’t the problem. Your positioning might be.
I say that as someone on the speaker-booking side of the business.
I talk to subject matter experts who have lived through incredible experiences, built real expertise, and have something meaningful to say.
In this episode, I’m joining host of THE HEROES podcast, Endre Hoffmann as we share how your personal journey, your hard-earned lessons, your perspective, and even the seasons that tested you can become part of a much bigger professional mission.
But many are still trying to grow their speaking and corporate training careers by doing what everyone tells them to do:
Post more.
Build a better reel.
Collect more credentials.
Chase more visibility.
Try to sound more polished.
And somewhere along the way, their actual message gets buried.
Here’s the myth I want to challenge:
You don’t need to become louder to create more impact.
You need to become clearer about what only you can say and who needs to hear it.
Because nobody can step into my voice.
And nobody can step into yours.
Your voice is more than content.
It’s a mandate.
But that doesn’t mean telling your entire story.
It means knowing which part of your story matters most to the person sitting across from you.
That’s where speaking strategy comes in.
The goal isn’t simply to become more visible.
It’s to become more memorable, more relevant, and easier to understand when an opportunity comes across the table.
And that changes how you think about:
→ Your signature message.
→ Your speaker brand.
→ Your corporate training offer.
→ Your audience.
→ Your milestones.
→ Your next level of growth.
→ And ultimately, the legacy you’re building.
Because a sustainable speaking career isn’t built by trying to say everything.
It’s built by knowing what you’re here to say and staying focused enough to make it matter.
If you’re a subject matter expert building the speaking or corporate training side of your career, I want you to ask yourself:
If the right person heard me today, would they immediately understand why my message matters?
That question can change everything.
Your voice is already yours.
The next step is learning how to amplify it with intention.
